Kid’s Birthday Party Booking Form

Thank you for choosing Art fun Studio for your child Birthday Party celebration. If you still not convinced that we are the best place in Brooklyn, please check out our reviews. To book a party, please choose your date and time for booking your Birthday Party. We require only $50 (plus NYS tax, total $54.44) non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit counted toward your final balance, which is due after the party. We are trying our best to keep our online booking system in sync with our walk-in reservations, but sometimes we may end up in a double booking request. To prevent this, please wait for our confirmation email after the booking.

Terms and Conditions

1. We encourage all parties to be drop off. However, for children 6 years and older 10 adults included in the price. For kids 5 years and younger 1 parent per child is allowed.
2. If you planning to have many adult guests, for example, more than 15, we advise booking the whole studio. It means you will receive an additional room that connected to the birthday party room. This way you have seating and table space for adults and can bring food and drinks for adults. Notice, we currently don’t charge extra for bringing food for adults. Whole studio booking cost additional $200.

3. Birthday private parties can only be held for 10 children minimum. If you have less than 10 children and would still like to book the private party room, the cost of the event will be raised to account for 10 children. (adults in your party can paint instead as well).
4. All painters will be charged including the birthday child. But birthday child will receive extra size item.
5. Please be prompt. If your party stays longer than the time permitted, a fee of $50 will be charged for half hour. (1.5h for small canvas/ceramic painting package, 2h for canvas and mosaic painting).
6. Optional add-on:
   1. 1. Book the entire store (#2 above) so you have additional room for adult guests +$200. Great for big families.
      2. Event photography for only $50. Super high-resolution, original images from your birthday (for prints and photo album). We use high end camera and flashes and have 5 years of experience photographing people in our studio. You will have a great memory for the event.

   

      3.  Additional-time – $50 for 30 min – only if this time is available.

      4.  Free digital invitations. You can upload your child portrait during checkout process or email it later on and receive those beautiful invitation by email             in 2 days.
