Thrilled to share our recent collaboration with CAMBA at M.S. 246 Walt Whitman in Brooklyn! Students unleashed their creativity by painting the iconic Verrazzano Bridge as a snow globe – choosing between vibrant spring colors or serene winter blues.
Special thanks to Site Director Kaveen Wilkinson who created a true “sip & paint” atmosphere with sparkling cider and juices, topped off with a surprise pizza party!
Seeing these young artists transform blank canvases into personalized Brooklyn landmarks reminds us why we love what we do. These field trip activities aren’t just fun – they build confidence, teach new skills, and strengthen community bonds.
