Where do your mobile paint party events take place?

As a mobile paint and sip studio, we bring the party to you! We travel throughout the NYC area including Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, and Staten Island. We come to your location—whether it’s your home, backyard, office, event venue, restaurant, or community center. We handle all setup and cleanup, so you can simply enjoy the art party experience.

We also offer virtual paint night events via Zoom, perfect for remote teams or when guests are in different locations across the country or globe.

Pricing & Policies

What are your pricing and minimum requirements?

n-Person Events:

  • $50 per person for groups under 30 participants
  • $45 per person for groups of 30-50 participants
  • $40 per person for groups of 50+ participants
  • $50 delivery fee for on-site events
  • Minimum: 10 participants
  • Special discounts available for school events like parent-teacher appreciation nights

Virtual Events:

  • $50 per person including shipping to US addresses
  • Minimum: 10 participants
  • International shipping available upon request

What is your cancellation policy for private paint parties?

For private parties and events, please contact us at least two weeks in advance if you need to reschedule. We’ll work with you to find another date that works for your group. For cancellation, please contact us 30 days in advance.

What's included in the paint and sip experience?

Everything you need to create your painting is included:

  • 16×12 stretched canvas (depending on event type)
  • Acrylic paints
  • Brushes
  • Apron
  • Professional instruction from our talented artists
  • Setup and cleanup (for in-person events)
  • Easel (we have different options)

For virtual events, we ship all supplies directly to your participants at no extra cost within the continental US.

How long is the Virtual sip and Paint event or a birthday Party?

The event duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Sometimes people are late and organizers ask us to delay the start of the event for 5-15 minutes. Please keep this in mind, but usually, it is 1hour and 30 minutes.

Can I choose what we paint at our paint night?

    Group & Corporate Events

    Can you accommodate large corporate team building groups?

    Yes! We’ve successfully hosted corporate team building activities and paint party events for groups of various sizes throughout NYC. Whether you have 20 or 200 participants, contact us to discuss your specific needs, and we’ll create a customized paint and sip experience for your corporate event or team building activity. Our latest biggest event was for 120 person for Figma corporation.

    Our building/venue requires insurance and a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Do you have one?

    Yes, we are fully insured! We carry general liability insurance with coverage of several million dollars and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your building management or venue upon request. Simply let us know the details when you book, and we’ll handle the paperwork.

    How do you protect the area from paint?

    We take care to protect your space! We cover tables and the floor if required. Additionally, the acrylic paints we use are water-based and easily washable with water, so you don’t need to worry about permanent stains or damage to your venue.

    Virtual Paint Nights

    How do virtual paint nights work?

    For virtual paint and sip events, we make it super easy:

    1. Contact us and arrange for payment.
    2. Choose your painting from our catalog
    3. Provide us with the list of participant addresses
    4. We carefully package and ship all art supplies to each person (free shipping in continental US)
    5. We send you a Zoom meeting invite
    6. At your scheduled time, our professional artist joins via Zoom with state-of-the-art video and audio setup
    7. Everyone paints together from their own homes!

    Our team includes a dedicated audio/visual technician to ensure a smooth, technical-difficulty-free virtual paint party experience.

    We have a distributed team across the globe. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do! While we offer free shipping within the continental US, we can also ship art supplies internationally for virtual paint nights. Contact us with your team’s locations, and we’ll arrange international delivery to ensure everyone can participate in your virtual sip and paint experience.

    How many days you need the participants adresses in advance?

    To make sure everyone receives supplies on time, we are asking for at least 10 days lead time. This will allow us to prepare and ship everything and for USPS or UPS to deliver. To expedite the shipping, you can upgrade the shipping method to UPS Ground for $5 or for UPS 3-day Select for $10. We recommend this option if your event is very close or you participants all over the country and not in NY, NJ, CT area.

    Do you offer art programs for schools?

    Yes! We offer specialized art programs for schools including painting workshops and mosaic projects. We work with students from Pre-K through high school, bringing engaging, hands-on art experiences directly to your school.

    We partner with public schools, charter schools, private schools, and summer camps across all five boroughs of New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, and Staten Island). Our mobile studio comes to your school, making it easy to provide quality art education without the logistics of a field trip.

    Are you an approved NYC DOE vendor?

    Yes! We are official NYC Department of Education vendors. Our NYC DOE Vendor ID is: RID539039. We accept NYC Department of Education Purchase Orders, making it easy for public schools to book our programs through the standard procurement process.

    What art activities do you offer for school groups?

    We offer a variety of age-appropriate art activities for school field trips and in-school programs, including:

    • Painting workshops
    • Mosaic art projects
    • Custom art projects tailored to your curriculum or theme
    • Age-appropriate instruction for Pre-K through high school

    All materials and supplies are included, and we adapt our teaching style to suit each grade level.
